Arlington, Va., November 8, 2017 –  Eagle Hill Consulting has earned more accolades from The Washington Business Journal, this time as the tenth fastest growing company in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The ranking notes Eagle Hill’s 83 percent revenue growth from 2014 to 2016. Earlier this year, the publication named Eagle Hill a Best Place to Work.

The award further solidifies the company’s position as a top management consulting company that simultaneously meets the needs of its employees. Read more about the rankings and watch a video here.

“This award says that we are meeting two goals that are inextricably linked – growing our business and staying true to our employee centric culture,” says Melissa Jezior, president and chief executive officer of Eagle Hill. “It’s a balancing act managing rapid growth, meeting client needs and providing employees with the experience they need and want. The key to Eagle Hill’s success is fostering a culture with continuous collaboration and communication among employees and clients,” Jezior explained.

The 50 companies in the ranking were required to have sustained revenue growth during a three-year period. Companies were required to have at least $2 million in revenue in 2014, and have at least $10 million in 2016.

While Eagle Hill increased its revenue by 86 percent from 2014 to 2016, employee satisfaction remains high. Eagle Hill’s employee retention rate is 93 percent, and its employee survey shows a satisfaction rate of 96 percent.

Jezior said that Eagle Hill is honored to again be recognized by The Washington Business Journal. “We are on course to continue our growth trajectory while sustaining an employee environment with work-life balance, growth and leadership opportunities. In the end, our clients win because they know they can count on Eagle Hill’s talented professionals to consistently deliver unconventional management consulting services that exceed their expectations.”

Eagle Hill’s founders broke from the pack of large, traditional consulting companies to establish a firm that is truly collaborative, unified in nature and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit. The company considers itself to be a community of consultants, rather than a traditional consultancy. As a result, Eagle Hill is uniquely positioned to help solve client business problems across various industries.
