The Washington Business Journal names Eagle Hill Consulting the #1 Company in Best Places to Work – Small Business category for the second year in a row.

McLean, VA – Eagle Hill Consulting (Eagle Hill) was named to The Washington Business Journal’s “2011 Best Places to Work” list. A total of 50 companies were recognized at this year’s awards event with Eagle Hill Consulting capturing the #1 slot in the Small Business category for the second year in a row.

Each year, The Washington Business Journal selects Best Places to Work in the Washington, D.C.-area to honor the area’s leading employers. The 2011 winners were judged based on the results of surveys completed by company employees in the areas of team effectiveness, retention, employee alignment with company goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, and work engagements.
