What "breaking away from the expected" means to me
Bringing your most authentic and best-self to client-work. Letting go of the expected (and cliché) consultant persona to make space for more creative solutions and a sincere approach to client relationships.
Where I find inspiration in day-to-day life
My family and friends – they have so many interesting hobbies, opinions, and new things they want to try. I can feel really inspired by something as simple as trying a new coffee shop and having a great conversation.
Favorite part of working at Eagle Hill
I have so many favorite parts – the people, the challenges, and the atmosphere! My EHC peers make every day fun and refreshing. It truly is a family-culture – from Leadership down to new-hire Associates. Everyone goes out of their way to share their knowledge and expertise, give opportunities to others, and really just find ways to help each other shine.
My favorite getaway spot
I love to go home to Charleston, SC whenever I get the chance. I get to see family and friends, go to the beach (Sullivan’s Island is my favorite), and eat some amazing low-country cuisine. The horse-drawn carriages and friendly people are a plus too!
The most valuable piece of advice I've ever received
You’ll end up where you are looking to go. This is practical advice for both skiing and life.
My childhood favorite book
The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett. I loved gardening as a kid and was a bit introverted, so this book really resonated.
