Melissa Jezior has built a management consulting firm that has twice been honored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce with their Blue Ribbon Award for growth in a challenging economic environment and recognized by the Washington Post and Washingtonian as one of the best places to work. By breaking away from the traditional management consulting business model Melissa has created a more collaborative, family-driven type of consultancy. Under her leadership, the company is growing rapidly by blending the nimbleness and family-driven culture of a smaller firm with the approaches, methodologies, and capabilities of a larger firm which has been paramount to the company’s success. Melissa attended the College of William and Mary, where she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration. She is the mother of three young children and the wife of a military doctor.

Jack Kelley is a seasoned leader who contributes his unique blend of expertise and commitment to the firm’s “Unconventional Consulting.” Jack offers wisdom and experience only gained through four decades of success in management consulting. He has served clients in a variety of industries around the world—including telecommunications, media & entertainment, technology, digital and ecommerce, financial services, hospitality industries, and beyond. Among his specialties: strategy development, business transformation, technology strategy, and operating model development. Jack resides in Washington, D.C., with his wife. He is the proud father of two children and six grandchildren.
