Arlington, Va., July 22, 2016 – Jen Duff has won the Workforce 2016 Game Changer award. This award recognizes Duff’s top performance at Eagle Hill Consulting as a young innovator and leader in the human resources (HR) field.
Since 2011, the Workforce Game Changers Awards have recognized high-potential professionals under the age of 40 who are making their mark on the HR profession. Game Changer award winners are among the the best practitioners and strategists dedicated to pushing the HR profession forward with groundbreaking people management practices.
“We’re not at all surprised that Jen has been recognized as a top HR talent,” said Melissa Jezior, Eagle Hill’s president and chief executive officer. “Jen is a natural born leader with endless ideas and enthusiasm. She already has seen superb achievements on behalf of her clients so early in her career, and we can’t wait to see what more she has in store as her HR career continues to unfold. We’re fortunate to have her as part of the Eagle Hill family,” Jezior said.
Duff lives by the mantra that large transformations happen with small conversations. Her change management work is grounded in strategies that increase organizational communication and transparency, while securing broad stakeholder buy-in to change. On a recent client project, she and her team developed and implemented a change management strategy that resulted in a 65 percent increase in hiring satisfaction and cut in half the client’s hiring timeline. To achieve this success, Duff’s team directed a large-scale business assessment and process initiative that involved staff training, stakeholder outreach and strategic communications.
Duff currently serves as senior director with Eagle Hill. Her portfolio includes the implementation of organizational change at organizations such as the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, the U.S. General Services Administration, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and U.S. Health and Human Services.
