Arlington, Va., November 1, 2017 – Eagle Hill Consulting will be extending its work with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) via new work with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Eagle Hill will work with the agency to help deploy its human capital strategy by further strengthening the agency’s top leadership team through individual coaching.
HRSA is the primary federal agency tasked with improving healthcare to people who are geographically isolated, economically or medically vulnerable. The agency ensures tens of millions of Americans receive quality, affordable healthcare and other services through more than 90 programs and more than 3,000 grantees.
The work will be delivered under Eagle Hill’s Blanket Purchase Agreement with HRSA through August 2022. It will include individual coaching for staff at the Senior Executive Service, senior and mid-level staff levels.
“Healthcare is one of the biggest and most controversial challenges facing our nation,” says Jen Duff, senior director with Eagle Hill who leads the company’s healthcare and life sciences practice. “Our partnership with HRSA underscores our focus on helping healthcare and life sciences organizations manage volatile market changes by investing in a vital key asset – their human capital.”
“We believe that organizations that are most adept at developing leaders for today and tomorrow are best positioned to navigate through these tumultuous times. Healthcare delivery is inextricably linked to professionals who are agile, resilient, flexible, and empowered to lead when confronted by today’s policy, economic and strategic challenges. Our talented and experienced team is honored to work with HRSA to help strengthen their leadership team as it delivers vital healthcare services to Americans,” Duff said.
